At present, there are 101 workshops under construction, which produce cephalosporin antibiotic series products, mainly using 7-amino-cephalosporin or cefthoram mother core as the starting raw material, and are prepared by condensation or acylation reaction. The main varieties and production capacity are: Ceftiofur sodium - designed annual capacity of 500 tons/year, cefquinme sulfate - designed annual capacity of 30 tons/year, cefavime sodium - designed annual capacity of 1 ton/year, cefronin - designed annual capacity of 1 ton/year, cefpirin acid - designed annual capacity of 2 tons/year, amoxicillin sodium - designed annual capacity of 300 tons/year. The production area of the workshop is divided into general production area, D-level clean area and aseptic clean area. The production process adopts automatic feeding, automatic control, automatic conveying, automatic cleaning, automatic packaging, etc., which can realize the automatic control system to the maximum extent and reduce the manual labor and personnel operation errors.
